One of my wife’s lifetime goals is to see all the Disney Parks around the world. We only live seven miles from the original Disneyland and California Adventure and go to the two parks quite often both with and without our grown-up kids and grandchildren. We have been to Disney World several times. The challenge is that long plane flight to the other Disney Parks! Two years ago we decided to go to Tokyo Disney and Hong Kong Disneyland. After two years of preparing we made it to Tokyo Disneyland the first week of September 2013. We had a great time at both Disney Sea and Tokyo Disneyland. The cast members were terrific and show their care to the park visitors. Those two parks are now checked off my wife’s list. One week later we hopped another plane and landed in Hong Kong. Again, Hong Kong Disneyland didn’t disappoint and we had a great time. We especially loved the Grizzly Gulch ride (our version of Big Thunder Mountain) which we had to ride 5 times in two different visits.
Now my wife is eyeballing Disney Paris and we now have plans in May for the last Disney Park … or is it?! We know there is a Disney Park planned for Shanghai, China. We are not getting any younger and my wife isn’t sure if her list is complete We will see.
