Behold! An Exciting Tease for Tomorrow’s Rogue One: A Star Wars Story Trailer

Tomorrow morning the debut teaser trailer for Rogue One: A Star Wars Story will debut on Good Morning America, and with it a hidden piece of the Star Wars puzzle will be revealed. This new film, directed by supremely talented Godzilla filmmaker Gareth Edwards, concerns a group of unlikely heroes who come together to steal the plans for the dreaded Death Star. This was referenced in the film, and appeared in the opening crawl of the very first Star Wars film in 1977 but has never been fully explored … until now.

And while we can’t wait for the full teaser trailer, a new 10-second glimpse at least gives us a taste of what we can expect. We get the iconic sound of TIE fighters howling through the stars, and a single image, of the all-black stormtrooper, with something on fire in the background. Even at this truncated length, you can feel the atmosphere and danger of the movie. Is it tomorrow morning yet?
