You know, Peter Pan may be on to something. He lives in a magical world filled with pirates and mermaids and pixie dust. He can fly, he can visit London anytime he wants, and he never grows up. It sounds pretty magical, right?
Let’s take a leaf out of Peter’s book and try the whole not growing up thing. Obviously we all grow older physically, but there’s something to be learned from keeping that youthful outlook on life, just like Peter. So here are some tips remain one of the young-in-heart; the ones who “believe that when you wish upon a star, your dreams come true.” And that’s straight from Walt himself.
Stay loose, have fun, and you’ll be fine.

Life is one big improv show anyway.
Get a little goofy sometimes.

And don’t forget about the “hi, dad” soup.
Hakuna matata = life philosophy.

It means “no worries” …. for the rest of your days. Definitely one way to stay young.
Keep your eyes on where you’re going…

But don’t forget where you’ve been. It’s Mater’s outlook on life, and he’s definitely someone who looks at the world with childlike wonder.
Add a little cuteness to your day.

Kitty? (How can that not be good for the soul.)
It’s all about warm hugs.

And excellent comedic timing.
Don’t forget to have some fun fun fun fun fun!

And maybe add some bouncy, trouncy, flouncy, pouncy flair while you’re at it.
Don’t be afraid to change things up a bit.

Even if it’s just your outfit.
Keep your eyes open to wide-eyed wonders and new perspectives.

There’s a lot of beauty out there.
There’s a lot Disney can teach about this. What is your favorite Disney lesson on staying young at heart?
