The Evil Queen is the original Disney villain, and we’re really not exaggerating. She’s the one that started it all: the scheming, the nefarious plans, and the evil cackles. She sets a shiningly evil example for future Disney villains, and we love her for it.
The Evil Queen (while being incredibly fabulous) is apparently not fabulous enough for her Magic Mirror.
He thinks that Snow White is the fairest of them all, and our villainous queen simply cannot deal with it.
We next see the Evil Queen in what we can only assume is another one of her jealous rages (they seem to happen often). Snow White is having a romantic rendezvous with some handsome prince and she just can’t handle it.
What’s the Disney version of throwing shade?
The Evil Queen has a pretty good life going, though… just look at this castle!
We have supreme castle envy.
She also gets to wear a cape.
We mean, seriously. Just look at that cape/collar combo.
Still, she just can’t stand the fact that someone is fairer than her. Things get dicey when she instructs the Huntsman to get rid of Snow White.
Side note: just LOOK at that peacock throne!
Cut to a bit later in the tale. The Evil Queen’s plan has failed, and it’s time to resort to desperate measures.
Like turning herself into a scary old woman.
This face is the face of our nightmares.
All of our nightmares.
We also take offense at the idea of her making apples poisonous, as they are part of one of our favorite desserts.
We love you, pie.
The Evil Queen is victorious for a short time, but we don’t like to think about that part.
All of the tears for Snow White.
In the end, she is defeated in a glorious fashion.
We also try not to think about this part.
We like to remember the Evil Queen in all of her dramatic glory.
Her eyebrow game is so on point.
