We spend a lot of time trying to decide things: what to eat, where to go, what to wear, etc. Life is tough. Instead of boring you with the many reasons why this is, we thought we’d illustrate it with the help of some Disney characters. That’s one decision down, 100,340,459 to go.
It starts when someone asks you a question.

“Where should we go to lunch?” Seemingly innocent enough.

What they’re asking matters less than the instant anxiety you feel.

Because now you have to give them an answer. They’re waiting.

But what do you do? Tell them the truth? Or the answer you think they want to hear?

You have a place in mind, but will they like it? Do they too have a place in mind?

Are you dressed properly for either of these hypothetical places?

You decide not to decide at all. “Wherever you want,” you answer.

And for one blissful moment, everything is calm.

But then they choose somewhere that you really didn’t want to go.

You grin and bear it, you did it to yourself after all.

But then. They ask if you want to grab dessert somewhere else.

And the cycle begins again.
