While we miss our childhoods (especially naptime anytime), there are still moments in life that bring us back. These moments are, of course, Disney moments. Growing up, we listened to the Disney Princess CD on repeat in our walkmans (walkmen?), watched, rewound, and rewatched the VHS tapes, and dressed up like our favorite princess on rainy days… okay, and non rainy days. They were always with us. Here are some signs that you too grew up with the Disney Princesses:
1. When you see a fork, you have the urge to use it as a hairbrush.

Dinglehopper, hairbrush… same thing.
2. “I’ll Make a Man Out of You” is still your pump up song.

It’s important to be as swift as a coursing river.
3. You wish all mice wore turtlenecks and hats.

We have yet to see any well-dressed mice.
4. Every time you see a weeping willow, you wish it was Grandmother Willow.

And have the urge to ask its advice. None of them have answered back…. yet.
5. Whenever you hear the word, “bonjour” you instantly have to add, “bonjour, bonjour, bonjour” to the end.

You’re almost fluent in French.
6. You look for your reflection in bubbles when cleaning.

This is how you make cleaning fun.
7. When anybody ever asks the question, “what’s that word again?” you immediately respond with, “street!”

Singing “Part of Your World” is in our daily routine.
8. You know that you can never step in the same river twice.

Because the water’s always changing, always flowing.
9. You believe every carpet can fly..

But you don’t understand why they never fly for YOU. Is it because you don’t have a genie?
10. You’re cautious of all red apples.

Especially, apples from creepy witches.
11. You have two favorite colors: pink and blue.

Decisions are hard.
