We’ve all been there. There are words at the tip of your tongue, but they just won’t come out. Pixar to the rescue! Use the wise, witty, weird words of some of our favorite characters to add a pinch of Pixar to your lexicon.

Similar to Anger’s “Can I say that curse word now?,” this rootin’, tootin’ quote is perfect for when you’ve got something to say but alas, there are preschool girls, boys, or toys present. Earmuffs, kids.
“Adventure is out there!” – Basically everyone in UP
“Adventure is out there” is the new “Live, laugh, love.” Whether you’re about to jet set across the world, or maybe just set foot in your yard, adventure is to be had and mottos are to be said. Plus, this makes a pretty sweet senior quote.

So, you’re out shopping with a friend who’s looking for a little fashion advice. Are earth tones in style? Are people over oversized sweaters? Are stripes the new dots? You can rest assured that capes will always be a bad idea. #NoCapes is also acceptable.

Cute dog? Applicable. Cute baby? Also applicable. This catchy quote applies to all categories of cute (even if you consider stinging tentacles used to capture prey “adorable”).

When you’re sensing unwanted sarcasm, this dad-certified quote is just the one for you. It has all the right ingredients for something a dad (or anyone with a dad’s sense of humor, which is everyone) would appreciate: one part authority, one part cynicism, and one part just plain silly.

This is the basic foundation of How to Make Friends 101. It’s really pretty simple. Anyone who likes cake is a friend. Anyone who doesn’t like cake is an enemy.

Gusteau’s motto is a great catchall for A) every time you need inspiration to cook, and B) every time you screw up a recipe. Besides, Gusteau never said anyone can cook well. Riiiiiiiight? That’s what we’ll keep telling ourselves.
