Ever since Disney Stickers launched, we have been obsessed with them. No iMessage conversation goes by on our phones without the use of one of them. Why? Because there is a Disney Sticker for every emotion we could possibly feel. One fateful day, one of our writers thought to herself, what if I only texted my friends with Disney Stickers? No words. Just stickers. Would they understand? Would it make the world a better place? She decided to find out. She picked five different Disney Sticker packs and five unsuspecting friends. Sometimes she responded to a message and sometimes she initiated it. Behold, a screenshot account of her journey:
Disney Stickers: Princess
Just after I decided to initiate the Disney Stickers test, an unsuspecting friend asked if I wanted to get lunch. That unsuspecting friend was about to receive responses only in the form of Disney Princess stickers. (It should be noted that the stickers move when they are in iMessage!) I prepared for the unsuspecting friend’s confusion. Instead I got this:

My unsuspecting friend did not question the use of Disney Princess stickers for a second. In fact, we have only been communicating with these stickers since this occurred. And we seriously always know what the other person is talking about. Disney Stickers: Princess pack for the win.
Disney Stickers: Finding Dory
My next idea was to just randomly text Finding Dory stickers to a friend until they responded. I got four stickers in with this friend:

You’re welcome, friend. You’re welcome.
Disney Stickers: The Lion King
One of the most wonderful things about new babies in the family is that Rafiki and Simba references can be made at all times. So, when a new baby was born into my family, I sent approximately 1,000 iMessages only containing the Rafiki-ing sticker.

Again, the sticker moves when it’s in iMessage so you get some really strong Rafiki-ing animation. Pretty sure I iMessaged everyone I know with this sticker, and I do not regret it.
Disney Stickers: Star Wars
Next up, I decided to text a friend the Princess Leia “I love you” sticker in the Disney Stickers: Star Wars pack. Within seconds, they responded:

… with the Han Solo “I know” sticker! This friend saw my Star Wars sticker, and completed the scene from Star Wars without any hesitation. This friend is a champion. And this conversation was so perfect that neither of us have messaged each other since, in order to preserve the moment. That’s all that needed to be said.
Disney Stickers: Beauty and the Beast
Later that day, another unsuspecting friend asked me how my day was. I set about the task of describing my entire day using only Beauty and the Beast stickers. I waited for my friend’s response. Would they understand?

This friend is clearly a Disney fan, and clearly an awesome person. The Gaston reference was exactly what I was going for. I didn’t eat five dozen eggs for breakfast, but I did eat breakfast—so it was close. It’s safe to say this Disney Stickers conversation made perfect sense.
And there you have it. Five times I communicated using only Disney Stickers, and five times I felt like a champion. I cheered up some friends, had a total Star Wars fan moment with another, and found out that Disney Stickers help us understand each other a little better. I invite you to try to communicate with your friends using only Disney Stickers. It’s hilarious and fun!
Disney Stickers for Beauty and the Beast, Finding Dory, Star Wars, The Lion King, Princess, and more can be found in the App Store for iMessage!
