5 Reasons Why Brenton Thwaites Is a Real Life Disney Prince

Brenton Thwaites is an Australian actor who plays Henry Turner in Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales. If you haven’t seen the movie yet, then you know at least from the trailer that he definitely takes after his father, Will Turner. Even though he’s a sailor in the movie, we here at Oh My Disney have decided that he would make a perfect Disney prince. Here’s why:

  1. He’s musical.

Brenton has posted many photos of himself with his guitar on Instagram, so we assume this means he plays it. If he does play the guitar, we would love to hear his take on a classic Disney prince love song. If he doesn’t, please never tell us the truth.

  2. He looks handsome in a suit …

… and when he’s a little more casual.

Since he spends most of Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales on a swashbuckling adventure, we don’t get to see much of clean-cut Brenton, but we like him either way. Plus, it’s very Disney prince-ish to go on an epic adventure like this.

  3. He is good at going incognito.

This winter coat is an effective tool for concealing your identity. This is a very important skill for royalty to have.

  4. He refers to his partner as his better half, like a real Princess deserves.

Swoon. Chloe Pacey is one lucky lady!

  5. He can handle being surrounded by adoring fans.

Just as every Disney prince has to be, Brenton is comfortable—dare we say thriving?—in front of his adoring fans.

If you need more Brenton Thwaites in your life, Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales is in theatres now!
