Marvel Studios’ Ant-Man and The Wasp seems like it was just as fun to make as it was to watch. We sat down to chat with Michael Douglas (Dr. Hank Pym), Hannah John-Kamen (Ghost), and director Peyton Reed, and they all confirmed how much fun they had on set! This is what they said:
Much of the cast is returning from the first film, but we also spotted some new faces who have joined the Ant-Man and The Wasp family. Reed said:
“We really are fortunate to have the cast that we have, and now we’ve added to that cast with Laurence Fishburne and Michelle Pfeiffer and Hannah John-Kamen. It was fun to go to work every day.”
We bet it was! Since this was John-Kamen’s debut in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, we’re sure it was a dream come true. Reminiscing about her first day on set, John-Kamen said:
“I remember the actors who I was working with that day really made me feel so welcome and knew it was my first day and were like … round of applause, it’s your first day, and then that’s when I was like, ‘Okay, this is going to be fun.’”
We can’t wait to watch them in Marvel Studios’ Ant-Man and The Wasp now that it’s out in theaters!
