Sharks are amazing and interesting and terrifying, and you could spend a whole week learning about what makes them so cool. In the world of Disney films, however, sharks are a very different concept. In case you ever find yourself in a scene with an animated shark, here are the shark facts according to Disney.
Sharks are actually quite smiley and friendly and won’t eat you immediately upon meeting you.

Sharks have big scary yellow eyes with red pupils.

Sharks can easily chomp through a ship’s worth of wood if they are in hot pursuit of their dinner.

Sharks of all different varieties meet up to support one another in their quest to NOT be carnivores.

But despite mantras like “fish are friends, not food,” sharks still have their moments of weakness.

Sharks do not like being teased.

Sharks will inevitably sneak up on you when you are most vulnerable, right when your friend tells you that nothing bad is going to happen.

Sharks have intimidating rows of teeth (this is an actual shark fact in reality, too, not just Disney films).

Sharks’ bodies are very spatially efficient and will accordion upon impact.

Most importantly, sharks will steal your hat and impersonate you.
