We haven’t been this excited about a robot since…ever. We’ve never been this excited about a robot. This morning Walt Disney Animation Studios released the latest trailer for their upcoming film, Big Hero 6. The trailer promises action, adventure, a little tugging at our heartstrings, and of course, Baymax. The movie isn’t even out yet and we’re already in love with this chubby, matter-of-fact dude. Can a robot be your best friend? More to the point, can Baymax be our best friend? But we digress. Let’s watch the new trailer together:
And now let’s talk about our feelings. First of all, it looks like Hiro (genius child prodigy with awesome hair) recruits his friends (Wasabi, Honey Lemon, GoGo Tomago, and Fred) (side note – we’re now craving sushi and lemon tea with honey, and also thinking about our friend Fred…) and trusty robot to save San Fransokyo from that dude in the kabuki mask. Also we saw glimpses of what promises to be the fluffiest cat in all the land, and lots of sass coming at us from all directions. We like where this is going. We think we’re in for a lot of fun, but also a lot of heart.
