Luigi’s Rollickin’ Roadsters to Open March 7 at Disney California Adventure Park

When guests visit Disney California Adventure this March, they are going to get an extra special surprise in the form of Luigi’s Rollickin’ Roadsters, which is set to debut on March 7 in the Cars Land section of the park. And we are so excited.

Luigi's Rollickin' Roadsters

In this brand new attraction, Luigi (voiced by Tony Shalhoub) from the Cars films has invited his cousins from Carsoli, Italy to Radiator Springs for a celebration. That means that the tire storage yard behind his Casa Della Tires will be transformed into a dance floor. (The new ride takes the place of Luigi’s Flying Tires, which previously occupied this space in Cars Land.) Each car has its own name, personality, and signature dance moves—realized through a high-tech trackless ride system (this is the first such system in a domestic Disney Park, which has us even more jazzed). The way that these cars are going to move, in a giant, choreographed dance sequence (that you can be a part of), is just amazing. In short: we can’t wait to experience Luigi’s Rollickin’ Roadsters for ourselves.
