We’re Live Blogging the Marvel Studios Panel at San Diego Comic Con!
This is it: the Marvel Studios panel at San Diego Comic Con. This is undoubtedly the most hotly anticipated panel of the entire convention, and we are there! It’s been confirmed that both Guardians of the Galaxy, Vol. 2 and Doctor Strange will have a presence in the panel, but it wouldn’t be a Marvel Studios presentation if there weren’t some big surprises. So keep it here for every detail, as it is magically conjured or blasts in from another galaxy! Excelsior!

Also: the Thor: Ragnarok pre-production footage looks amazing. Cate Blanchett looks deliciously evil, there are giant wolves, Thor gets a haircut, and, yes, Hulk looks great in his Planet Hulk gear.
It’s Doctor Strange!
The screens have opened up, blue mist is descending from the ceiling. Something incredible is about to happen.
This is directed by Taika Waititi, director of Thor: Ragnarok, and it is incredible.
There’s a faux documentary in the vein of What We Do In the Shadows about what Thor was doing during Civil War. Incredible.
“They’re on the other side of the planet, but they’re filming Thor: Ragnarok. We’ve got Chris Hemsworth, we’ve got Tom Hiddleston, we’ve got Jeff Goldblum in this movie. It’s a dream. We’ve got a co-star of Michael B. Jordan’s, Tessa Thompson. Mark Ruffalo is playing two roles in this movie. And every time I say this, I still can’t believe it, but Cate Blanchett is in the movie.
