Main Street Electrical Parade Will Return to Disneyland January 20!

We can hear the iconic music and see those delightful floats already! As Disney Parks Blog reported earlier this year, the Main Street Electrical Parade is coming back to the place it began – Disneyland – for a limited time. And now we know the date it returns: January 20. Our calendars are marked and we’re counting the days.

This encore performance at Disneyland will run nightly until June 18 – that’s 45 years after it first lit up Main Street, U.S.A., in 1972! According to Disney Parks Blog, “During this limited-time celebration, guests will also enjoy special merchandise and food offerings inspired by the Main Street Electrical Parade.” Cannot wait to see what they’ll be!

Perhaps the most exciting part? On January 19 there will be a special, after-hours premiere event: The Main Street Electrical Parade Premiere! After the Park closes, premiere event ticket holders will enjoy a night of exclusive access to most Disneyland Park attractions and select restaurants, featuring a special performance of the Main Street Electrical Parade ahead of its official debut to the public. Tickets went on sale for Disneyland Resort Annual Passholders on Dec. 6, and to the general public on December 13.

The Main Street Electrical Parade Premiere definitely looks like it’s going to be a blast! Here are some things you can look forward to: a red carpet entrance to make you feel like a star, special menu items to feast on, and a ‘70s dance party at Tomorrowland Terrace so you can boogie all night long!

On top of those already amazing features, you can also expect special Disney PhotoPass locations with fun surprises, and Disney PhotoPass downloads are included with the ticket! For those driving themselves to the party, parking is also included after 6:00 p.m. at the Mickey & Friends parking structure, along with a collectible event credential!

We can’t wait for this incredible party!

Tickets are limited so call (714) 781-INFO or (714) 781-4636 to book now!
