Looking ahead at everything to come this year, 2017 is primed to be one to remember for Disney fans everywhere. With so much happening, we thought it would be wise to set a checklist of things you’ll want to get done ASAP.
Renew Your Annual Pass
If you want to truly maximize your Disney possibilities in 2017, the first thing you’ll want to do is renew your annual pass. With so much going on at the Disney Parks this year, you’ll always have something new to see!
Build Up Frequent Flyer Miles
For the most hardcore Disney fans, 2017 is sure to be quite the year of travel. Shanghai Disneyland turns one year old in June, Pandora – The World Of Avatar opens at Disney’s Animal Kingdom this summer, Guardians of the Galaxy – Mission: BREAKOUT! opens at Disney California Adventure also this summer, Disney Cruise Line’s Marvel Day at Sea sets sail this fall, and that’s only the beginning. Amazing Disney things are happening worldwide all year long! You won’t want to miss out!
Practice Your Dance Moves
With Descendants 2 just around the corner, you’re probably already planning your viewing party. There’s no better way to impress all of your friends than showing off your slick dance moves! It’s time to re-watch the original Descendants movie and brush up on every step!
Make Your D23 Reservations
The D23 Expo will take place in Anaheim July 14-16. Tickets are already on sale, but you’ll want to book any transportation and hotels ASAP. It’ll be a busy weekend in Anaheim, so make sure you get everything lined up soon!
Block Out Your Calendar for the Movies
Do yourself a favor and put a hold on your calendar right now. If anyone asks if you’re busy in December, you are. The highly anticipated follow up to 2015’s Star Wars: The Force Awakens hits theaters on December 15 and we are all eagerly awaiting to see what happens next for Rey, Finn, Poe, Kylo, and LUKE! While you’re at it, you might want to hold on March 17 for Beauty and the Beast, too. Also, May 5 for Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 and May 26 for Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales. And November 22 for Coco. You know what, when your friends ask what you’re doing throughout the whole year, just tell them “I’m a Disney fan!”
