This sandwich includes white cheddar sauce, bacon jam, arugula, and cherry tomatoes, and is served with sweet potato waffle fries. They had us at cheddar sauce.

The amazing ambiance of the Blue Bayou Restaurant will add to this delightful dish, which is comprised of pan-seared red snapper, sautéed shrimp, scallop, hush puppy, spicy shrimp sauce, and rémoulade. Making our reservations now!

Beignets that shimmer like gold??? This is a dream come true. They’re lemon flavored too. We can’t wait to try them!
