So good! Loving those tiny chairs. And that music has got us so ready for this movie.

Set to release on July 6, 2018, this highly anticipated sequel will introduce new characters played by Academy Award nominee Michelle Pfeiffer and Laurence Fishburne, and will add actors Hannah John-Kamen, Walton Goggins, and Randall Park (ABC’s Fresh Off the Boat) to the ensemble cast. Ant-Man director Peyton Reed will return to direct the film with a screenplay by Chris McKenna & Erik Sommers, Andrew Barrer & Gabriel Ferrari, and Paul Rudd. Filming will take place in Atlanta and San Francisco. We’re so excited!

Here’s what we know about the story so far:

In the aftermath of Captain America: Civil War, Scott Lang, aka Ant-Man (Rudd) is left facing the consequences of his actions as both a superhero and a father. When he’s confronted by Hope van Dyne (Lilly) and Dr. Hank Pym (Douglas) with an urgent new mission, Scott must once again put on his Ant-Man suit and learn to fight alongside The Wasp. As the team works together, they’ll uncover secrets from their past.

Ant-Man and the Wasp has an amazing production team! Ant-Man’s production designer, Shepherd Frankel, will return for the sequel. Spider-Man: Homecoming’s Louise Frogley is costume designer. The director of photography is Dante Spinotti. The visual effects supervisor is Doctor Strange’s Stephane Ceretti. And the special effects supervisor is Dan Sudick, who worked on Captain America: Civil War and is a seven-time Academy Award nominee!

This movie is going to be epic. How excited are you for Ant-Man and the Wasp to come to theaters on July 6, 2018? Tell us in the comments!
