Everything Magical That Happened During Disney Night on Dancing With the Stars

We don’t know about you, but “it’s a small world” has been stuck in our heads ever since Disney Night on ABC’s Dancing With the Stars drew to an end last night. Magic was in the air as the 10 remaining stars transformed into beloved characters from our favorite Disney films, each couple performing either a Viennese waltz, Argentine tango, foxtrot, quickstep, jazz, rumba, or waltz. The “Disney Through the Ages” theme took viewers from the “Steamboat Willie” days to the present—even featuring a jazz rendition to music from Pixar’s upcoming Coco—with a superb set list, reminding us all why we love Disney so much. See for yourself:

Lindsey Stirling and Mark Ballas
Foxtrot to “When You Wish Upon a Star” from Pinocchio

With Mickey playing the keys, the stage—and Lindsey’s gorgeous dress—seemed to glitter with each and every spot-on spin.

Victoria Arlen and Valentin Chmerkovskiy
Charleston to “Steamboat Willie” from “Steamboat Willlie”

Victoria and Valentin went old school last night with this charming choreography! We love pretty much everything about this dance.

Vanessa Lachey and Maksim Chmerkovskiy
Waltz to “Un Jour Mon Prince Viendra” from Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs

We’re obsessed with Vanessa’s adorable Snow White dress! A beautiful performance for a beautiful song.

Nick Lachey and Peta Murgatroyd
Quickstep to “The Bare Necessities” from The Jungle Book

Can we just mention that Peta is the cutest Baloo we’ve ever seen? The pair really do look like they’re livin’ with this routine!

Drew Scott and Emma Slater
Viennese Waltz to “Rainbow Connection” from The Muppet Movie

We’re feeling sky high after watching Drew and Emma’s impressive waltz! The duo sure didn’t let Kermit down.

Sasha Pieterse and Gleb Savchenko
Rumba to “Kiss the Girl” from The Little Mermaid

Percussion … strings … winds … rumba! Unfortunately, there wasn’t a happily ever after for everyone last night on Dancing With the Stars as Sasha and Gleb were eliminated, but they definitely made waves with that performance.
The curtains may have closed on Disney Night for this year, but the fun isn’t over! Don’t forget to keep up with Dancing With the Stars Mondays at 8 p.m. on ABC!
